* 6 to 12 high-resolution images, including both exterior & interior images are required and images with clear visibility of TOSTEM products are necessary. Minimum resolution is full-HD 1920 x 1080 px W x H, 72 DPI and maximum resolution is 100 DPI. Each file must be single images only, not collaged photos or multi-photo spreads
* 1 to 5 high-resolution images of architectural drawings explaining the concept of "Context Reconnextion and/or Building Technology for Sustainable Living" are required. The drawings, particularly plans, sections, and architectural details should convey the idea or concept of the projects. Minimum resolution is full-HD 1920 x 1080 px W x H, 72 DPI and maximum resolution is 100 DPI.
* 1 to 3 high-resolution images of architectural graphics, diagramaticor visual renderings explaining the concept of "Context Reconnextion and/or Building Technology for Sustainable Living" are required. Minimum resolution is full-HD 1920 x 1080 px W x H, 72 DPI and maximum resolution is 100 DPI.
* Videos or moving images are accepted only through a link, not as uploaded files. Ensure the video is clear, informative, and doesn't exceed five minutes in length. It's crucial that the video effectively shows how your project is connected to its physical and social context or key design concepts.

Terms & Conditions

We acknowledge and agree that TOSTEM and TOSTEM’s Customer may.

  1. reference our project in its marketing materials; and/or
  2. be granted a royalty-free and perpetual license in all territories.
    a. to use the high-resolution images of the projects listed below in any media format, such as and not limited to print-format, social medias, and websites, (“Images”) of which TOSTEM products were installed.
    b. the Images will be used on TOSTEM and TOSTEM’s Customer communication materials for the purpose of showcasing TOSTEM’s global project references; and
    c. we shall have no claim against TOSTEM or against anyone accessing the communications materials, whether online, in print or by any other means.

We acknowledge and agree that we are the direct owners of the project/s and/or have consulted with the owner of the project/s and have the permission to permit project referencing and/or release these images.

We consent to the usage of submitted images in the media mentioned below:
i. Print publications such as, but not limited to, catalogues, brochures, posters, advertisements, exhibition panels, communication tools etc.
ii. Digital such as, but not limited to, the Internet, social media, webpages, interactive media or in any other digital format.

We consent to the simple editing (e.g., enhancing colors, adding complementary elements such as plants/greens etc., removing elements that will distract attention from the main image such as dangling wires etc.) of submitted images.

Acknowledgement of PRIVACY POLICY and PRIVACY NOTICE
We have read, understand and agree the details and objectives of the LHT ASIA Sales & Marketing Co., LTD. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY and PRIVACY NOTICE on the www.tostemasia.com/TADA Website therein.

Additionally, we understand and agree that (1)TOSTEM can collect and use our Personal Data such as Name, Email Address, Phone number, Photo, for registration for the participation in the Design Award, (2) TOSTEM can collect and use our Personal Data, i.e. identity data and contact information, including disclosure of our Personal Data to third-party service provider as well as the affiliates of TOSTEM both located in Thailand and overseas for registration for the participation in the TOSTEM Asia Design Award, and for delivering the prize to us per the contact information we have provided and, (3) TOSTEM can collect our Personal Data for conducting of marketing research and planning, including management of the targeted marketing, and for advertising information about TOSTEM’s products and services.

1. "TOSTEM" as entity; means LHT ASIA Sales & Marketing Co., LTD and LIXIL Corporation, a corporation duly organized under the existing laws of Japan, having its head office at Osaki Garden Tower, 1-1-1 Nishi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-Ku, Tokyo 141-0033, Japan, and any directly or indirectly subsidiaries or affiliates of these entities.
2. "Customers"; includes but not limited to TOSTEM distributors, dealers, and end users.
